- The minimum order is
10 boxes of the same package.

Great surprises should be
shared with joy and convenience. With a minimum order of S$ 200, we
will provide free delivery to any one location island-wide.
Additional delivery locations can be arranged at a nominal fee of S$10.00
for non CBD areas and S$15.00 for CBD areas. Deliveries to off shore
islands like Jurong Island, Puala Bukom, Sentosa will carry a surcharge of
S$10.00 per location.
- We
seek your understanding if some gifts items have been substituted due to
stock unavailability or unforeseen circumstances. However, be rest
assured that SWEET SURPRISE will inform all customers of such changes before
proceeding with the order.
- We are
happy to accept both cash or cheque payment upon delivery. No deposit
is required for purchases below S$300
- In order to maintain
the freshness of our products, all gift packs are prepared on the morning of
delivery day. Our delivery timing is hence scheduled for 10:30am to
12:30 pm. We hope to seek your understanding towards this arrangement.
Alternative timing may be arranged but is subject to approval on a case by
case basis.
- Sweet Surprise
advises all recipients to consume all fresh food products on the same day or
otherwise store gift packs in the refrigerator immediately. If you

- All orders placed are considered final and
any changes or cancellations will be
charged accordingly.

- Goods
sold are not refundable.
